Expense Assignment System (EAS) IV

The Expense Assignment System IV (EAS IV) is a cost allocation tool that assists the MHS in identifying the total cost for providing health care to beneficiaries. EAS IV provides MHS decision-makers with improved business case analyses and decision support capabilities to maximize cost-effective health care delivery. EAS IV provides standardized reporting of workload, expense, and manpower data at the medical and dental treatment facility level. EAS IV supports health care management data and reporting requirements at all levels within the MHS and is a fully integrated component of day-to-day health care resources management activities.
