Defense Medical Human Resource System – internet
The Defense Medical Human Resource System – internet (DMHRSi) is a web-based
Tri-Service system designed to simplify and standardize human resource management.
DMHRSi enables the MHS to optimize the utilization of all human resources —
military, civilian, volunteer, contractor, assigned or borrowed personnel -
and to standardize the collection and measurement of human resource costs
across the enterprise. DMHRSi tracks essential human resource information to
support personnel, manpower, labor cost assignment, personnel readiness, and
education and training. DMHRSi provides functional capabilities that significantly
enhance the management of human resource information for improved decision-making
at all levels of the MHS.
