Duplication and Installation Assistance



The MHS Help Desk contract includes provisions for duplicating and distributing software CDs for MHS Program Offices.

After you provide an original master CD to the MHS Help Desk software duplication team, the designated number of copies of your software will be duplicated, tested, labeled, packaged, and distributed accordingly (via traceable means). The duplicated copies will either be bulk shipped back to the requestor or individually shipped to designated recipients, as needed, based upon a distribution list provided by you/requestor. Most program offices have provided the MHS Help Desk a distribution/site POC list with names, telephone numbers, email addresses and site mailing addresses - including building numbers. MHS Help Desk staff use the information provided within your contact list to instruct the shipping carrier where to deliver the CD(s).

If you desire, the MHS Help Desk will also duplicate and distribute hard copies of any accompanying release notes/pertinent documentation with the software CD(s). If requested, MHS Help Desk staff will also coordinate and assist site personnel with the installation/loading this software.

These services would be provided at no additional cost.
