If you need information from CHCS that isn't readily available through standard reports, then a CHCS Ad Hoc is the way to go.
- Don’t “recreate the wheel”. Review existing CHCS Ad Hoc's that are available on this website for immediate implementation
(coordinate installation with your site’s CHCS systems office). Submit a
request to view/download existing CHCS Ad Hoc.
- If you are unable to locate an existing CHCS Ad Hoc or need a modification to an existing CHCS Ad Hoc, please submit a
request for new CHCS Ad Hoc support.*
- * If you need assistance with a site developed CHCS Ad Hoc, submit a
CHCS Ad Hoc request form and include a listing of the CHCS Ad Hoc templates in
either the “Next, …” or the “Now, …” input box.
